Getting started
What is KoreaFarsi and who is it for?
KoreaFarsi is the first comprehensive platform dedicated to teaching Korean to Persian speakers: books, video courses, a vocabulary app and AI practice, all in Persian.
I know no Korean at all. Where do I start?
Start with the Hangul alphabet. Pick "beginner" as your level when you sign up and work through the beginner books and courses.
How do I find my level?
Use the "Sejong level test" button on the homepage to take the King Sejong Institute's placement test, then pick a course for your level on the courses page.
Buying books and courses
Is my website account the same as my app account?
Yes. One account works on both the website and the app, and anything you buy is available in both.
Where do I find a course or digital book after buying?
Once payment is confirmed, it unlocks in your account's library in the KoreaFarsi app. If it takes long, open a ticket from the contact page.
What do prices include?
All prices are in Toman and include VAT. Shipping for printed books is shown before you pay.
Shipping and returns
When are printed books shipped?
Within 3 working days after the order is confirmed.
What if a book arrives damaged or wrong?
You can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Details are on the terms of purchase page.
Can digital products be returned?
Digital products can't be returned once activated, unless a technical problem on our side makes them unusable.
The app and your account
How do I install the app?
On Android, tap "Install the app" on the homepage. On iPhone, tap Share in Safari and choose "Add to Home Screen".
I forgot my password.
Tap "Forgot your password?" on the login page and follow the email you receive.
How do I reach support?
From the contact page you can message us on Telegram, send an email or open a ticket; ticket answers show up in your account.
